Are you open to public?Yes, we are.

Can I pay by card?Yes, you can. We don't accept AMEX.

I've submitted my order on the website, what now?We'll review the order now, making sure all items are available in stock. Then, we will send you the Tax invoice, so you can make the payment. Once, the payment is received, we will contact you for pickup.

Can I pay with my card over the phone?Yes you can. 1.3% credit card fee applies on all credit/debit cards. (We don't accept AMEX)

Do you freight to other states?Yes, we freight Australia wide. If you're a business with a forklift, we deliver to your site directly. If it's a residential address or a farm, we will freight to your closest depot and you need to collect from there.

Can I bring my saw and cut my panels in the warehouse?😐😐😐Sorry, you can't.

I called, no answer, what do?The lines get so busy sometimes and we may have missed your calls. Try again in 5-10 minutes Or, you can send us an email and we'll get back to you asap.

Can I pay EFT on pickup?No, you can't. Some of the EFT payments take 24-48h to settle. You can pay EFT before pickup and once the payment is received, we'll let you know to pickup your order.

I can't carry the 6m long aluminium extrusions. Can you cut it for me?Yes, we can cut them for you.

I'm organising a Transport company to pickup my order. How much notice do you need?We need at least two days notice.

I want to place my order and pay two weeks later. Can you put my order aside?We can't do that. You need to make the full payment, so we can put the order aside for you.
